Juniors at Condover Hall

Miss Dillon’s Blog –Wednesday 7th June

After a couple of days of drizzle and wind, the sun is now shining for Lower II’s final day at Condover Hall!

After yesterday’s activities and last night’s ‘Egg Protect’ competition, the girls were understandably exhausted and slept soundly through the night. The girls have now vacated their rooms and are enjoying their final activities of the trip; two groups are participating in low ropes and the final group are tackling the towering ‘multi vines’!

The girls of Lower II have behaved superbly for the duration of the trip and have made the most of every opportunity to have fun, try new things and make long-lasting memories. We are very proud of our Lower II family and the way, as usual, they have represented Withington fabulously! A trip to remember!

Miss Dillon’s Blog –Tuesday 6th June

The girls of Lower II have enjoyed an exciting, if not slightly damp, start to their Condover residential! Having arrived at around 2pm yesterday, the girls quickly unpacked their things and prepared for the first activities of the trip. Girls spent the afternoon climbing, swimming and working collaboratively to complete the infamous Team Challenge! It is safe to say that the girls worked up an almighty appetite in time for a delicious dinner of pasta, meatballs and chicken. After an evening activity of outdoor games, the girls returned to their rooms to chat, relax and read before ‘lights out’. The girls have woken up today feeling refreshed and excited to start today’s pursuits! Dressed ready to face the elements, we are sure the girls are going to enjoy another memorable and action-packed day! Keep an eye on the Junior Twitter account for more regular updates.
