GCSE Drama

Upper Fifth's GCSE performance of John Godber's enduring comedy Teechers in the Drama Studio on Tuesday 20th March as their practical test won full marks from the examiner for every member of the cast and for the technical director. "It was an incredible achievement," said Head of Drama, Mrs Jen Baylis.

The play, written in 1987 as a plea for the recognition of the importance of the arts within the school curriculum, was staged again in the evening for an appreciative audience of family and friends.
