On Tuesday 2nd June Upper II presented a Baroque Evening. They have been studying that period in their Music lessons with Mrs Sargent and over the half-term holiday they all designed and made their own amazingly extravagant costumes. It is incredible what can be done with toilet rolls and hoops!

Following on the theme of that time of ‘Let them eat cake', the girls all decorated cup cakes in the Baroque style. Great fun was had by all and thanks go to Mrs Cartledge for organising such an enjoyably sticky time!
