Her legacy now lives on through a bursary named in her honour.
The Louisa Lejeune Legacy Fund (3LF) has been initially funded by her descendants, members of the Lejeune family from all over the world including the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. The family hope to grow the fund over time, ultimately to support the bursary in perpetuity.
The family welcomes and appreciates donations from anyone who would like to honour the legacy of Louisa Lejeune.
Any recipients of a bursary from the fund will also become a member of Lejeune house.

Members of Louisa’s family have become good friends of Wthington and have visited the school a number of times in recent years, as well as attending Founders’ Day and researching their family history using information in our school archive.
We are deeply grateful to Louisa’s descendants for their vision and generosity.
