Senior School Sports Day certainly had an electric atmosphere.
In recognition of this summer’s Olympic Games in Paris, an opening ceremony saw each House parade their banners and sing their chants for a lap of the track. Then field and track events begun and soon followed the traditional Mile Cup and relay races before lunch.
Throughout the afternoon, pupils enjoyed a carousel of activities including an Olympics quiz and dancing. Everyone was in high spirits and supported one another, showcasing the very best of our school community.
During an assembly at the end of the day, it was revealed that Simon were this year’s winners.
