Junior Music Festival

The Junior Music Festival was a true triumph 🎶

There were 100 entries across eight music classes, with some girls performing more than once.

The entire Junior School then came together that afternoon in the Arts Centre when certificates were awarded to the top two musicians, as chosen by the guest adjudicators. Three pupils who had been selected by the judges performed their piece to everyone. This included an original composition and two girls at grade 8 in their instrument. Just incredible!

The Music Festival of course acts as a House competition and the number of points earned by Hunter and Williams was extremely close. Williams were named the victors overall, and the House Captains were elated to pick up the trophy.
