Transition to Senior School
All Year 6 pupils are fully prepared for the Senior School at Withington and for other schools’ entrance examinations. Most pupils do advance to Year 7 at WGS.
In their progression to Senior School, our pupils are confident to meet the challenges of this next step in their educational journey and are fully supported as they move up the school. We always enjoy it when our former Junior pupils pop in to say hello.
We keep appropriate records of each children’s progress and attainments in the Junior School which are stored until the end of Year 7.
