The office hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. A voicemail service is provided outside these times.

During the school holidays the office hours are 9.00am – 4.00pm.

Absence

Parents / guardians are required to advise School if their daughter is unable to attend school. To report illness on the day, parents / guardians should telephone the designated absence line – 0161 249 3476 or by pressing 1 on the switchboard – before 9.00am for each day of absence. Parents / guardians can also email attendance@wgs.org to notify school of absence.
