More than 200 WGS pupils are learning a musical instrument and some, more than one. These lessons are provided by our superb team of peripatetic instrumental teachers.

We were delighted to hear that all 27 girls who took their ABRSM grade examination in December passed with flying colours, the vast majority with Distinction or Merit.

Special congratulations to Year 10 pupil Georgia, who is also a Saturday student at the Junior RNCM, who gained a Distinction in flute at Diploma level.
