Upper II girls had a fantastic time on the annual residential trip to Winmarleigh Hall February 6^th – 8^th 2019. The absolute highlight was getting the chance to drive Winmarleigh’s brand new ‘All Terrain Vehicle’. Our WGS group was the first to try it out and all the girls were buzzing with the thrill of driving it around the track including the odd collision into the tyre barriers!

Other exciting activities were rock climbing, zip wiring, a very muddy assault course and of course the evening Disco! The teachers were all incredibly impressed on how well the girls worked together and encouraged each other throughout the trip. Even when it was pouring rain, the girls did not complain but instead got stuck into the task at hand. Year girls have worked incredibly hard this year and it was very special to be able to celebrate all their efforts. The girls were very tired after our two nights away; the coach journey home was much quieter than the journey to Winmarleigh Hall!
