On Thursday 18th June 2015, old friends from Withington, Manchester Grammar and Manchester High gathered at Bounce, London for some drinks and ping pong!

Alumnae from Withington were invited via our Facebook profile to a joint MGS/WGS/MHSG Drinks Evening in London at an interesting venue called ‘Bounce’.  This iconic venue is reportedly the ‘home of ping pong’ as it is located on the very site where the game of Ping Pong was invented and patented in 1901 by John Jaques III.  The event was attended by a number of WGS ‘Old Girls’ from the Classes of 2009 and 2007 and Development Director Toni Leden. The drinks were kindly sponsored by a generous Old Mancunian (Sandip Jobanputra).
