On Monday 17th June Miss Gardner took us to a Greek restaurant called Kosmos in Manchester. We took this trip because we are learning about Ancient Greece in our History lessons at school. Lunch at the restaurant was very nice. It included traditional Greek food such as meatballs, pastries with feta cheese and spinach, olives and salad. I had orange juice with my meal and it was delicious!

The most exciting part of our trip was wearing white togas so that we looked like Ancient Greeks! This really brought to life the way Ancient Greeks lived and allowed us to experience some of their culture. What a fantastic way to learn history!
