Transition’s Trip to Katmandhu!
In Geography lessons, Transition are learning about the culture, clothing, climate, cuisine and traditions of India. In order to enhance their studies, the entire class, accompanied by Mrs Lowe, Miss Gardner and Mrs Watson took a trip out the nearby curry restaurant, The Great Kathmandu where a fantastic Indian feast was laid on for them.
Dressed up in traditional Indian clothing, they had a fabulous banquet of poppadoms, onion bhajis, naan bread, rice and curry; a wonderful trip out!

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their delicious Indian banquet and would like to thank the staff at The Kathmandu for making them so welcome.
