In July, 49 excited Lower Fourth girls and five even more excited members of staff set off on the annual trip to France. We headed to Paris first and spent our first full day at Disneyland and stayed until late to make the most of the sunshine and all the magical rides.

he next day we headed for Aquaboulevard, Europe’s largest water park and spent a fun-packed few hours exploring the slides and chutes. Then it was time to head south to Poitiers. We all had a most enjoyable day in the cinemas and the evening firework and laser show: La Note Bleue was truly memorable. The girls made the most of the water park
in the sunshine.

Our last full day, la fête nationale was spent in La Rochelle where we were all impressed by the aquarium and especially the sharks (les requins). The trip was once again a great success.
