The 'fine' for not wearing uniform on Friday 20th March was to bring in items for the Tombola stall at the Spring Fair held on Saturday 21st March. The result was a massive array of enticing prizes and stalls at the very well-attended and fun-packed event. Upwards of £3,000 was raised, which will be used to purchase those extra luxuries that enhance school life.

Recent items bought with PTA funds include shelters for the sports pitch touchlines, a sublimation printer for the DT department and help towards funding the Languages Lab.

The PTA is very much a part of the Withington Community and their hard work in raising funds and in organising social events – enjoyed by pupils, parents and staff alike – is very much appreciated by all who benefit from all they do.
